Cement-based mortar containing silica fume, for the repair and structural strengthening of concrete structures, as well as the support of rock and excavation, using the dry or wet spraying process.
It is produced in two types: with maximum aggregate size 4mm and 8mm.
RP 4800 GUNITE meets the requirements of the Hellenic Technical Specification ELOT TS 1501-14-01-14-00 and the EFNARC - European Specification for Sprayed Concrete, for concrete class C32/40.
Classified as class CC R3 cementitious mortar for the repair of concrete structures according to European standard EN 1504-3.
Suitable for large-volume repair and structural strengthening of concrete structures, structural support of masonry and the support of rock and excavation.
Indicatively, 20-22 kg/m2 for a 1cm thick layer.
Consumption is strongly affected by the surface and the application method.
