Final-coat render, highly polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced, enhanced with special hydrophobic agents.
It exhibits exceptional performance against moisture, frost and severe weather conditions, increased mechanical strengths, flexibility and strong adhesion with the substrate.
Produced in two grain sizes, 1.0mm and 3.5mm (graffiato), in white colour.
It can also be easily coloured with NATURAL COLOURS pigments in powder form.
Classified as general purpose mortar (GP) type CS II, W2 according to the European standard EN 998-1.
FC 1200 is part of the ETIC system FINOCLIMA® MINERAL, certified with the European Technical Approval ETA-15/0720.
Used as final-coat render for the finishing and smoothening of walls during rendering works.
It can be applied on common substrates over the base-coat render or in ETICS after the levelling mortar FC 1100.
FC 1200 is ideal for areas with high ambient moisture levels such as coastal and mountainous areas, due to its strong water repellency and water-vapor permeability.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
Approximately 6-7 kg/m2 for a 5mm thick layer.
