Cement-based tile adhesive, modified with enhancing polymers and microfibers, for the installation of ceramic and porcelain tiles.
It exhibits increased initial and final adhesion strength, zero vertical slip, extended open time and increased resistance to moisture.
The special microfibers offer excellent workability characteristics, while they tri-dimensionally reinforce its structure reducing shrinkage and increasing adhesion strength.
Classified as type C2 TΕ cementitious adhesive according to European standard ΕΝ 12004-1.
Suitable for the installation of ceramic, terrazzo, cotto and porcelain tiles of most common sizes (max. 3600cm2), as well as natural and artificial stones.
It is applied on wall and floor surfaces, on usual substrates like concrete, cementitious screeds or plaster, brickwork, aerated concrete elements, etc.
Also on dry wall surfaces (gypsum-boards, cement-boards, fiber-boards, etc.). It is recommended, these surfaces to be treated with FINO•CONTACT primer before tile installation.
It is suitable also for installing tiles on existing floors (tiles, terrazzo, etc.) provided that the surface is treated with suitable primer.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
Approximately 2-5 kg/m2 depending on the substrate’s roughness and the dimensions of the tiles.
